Conservative dentistry is the set of treatments to preserve the functionality and aesthetics of natural teeth.

At our clinic we are committed to minimally invasive treatments, so we are able to considerably increase the chances of the tooth’s long-term survival.

There are different types of restorations depending on the amount of tooth surface affected and the risk of tooth fracture.

COMPOSITE RESTORATIONS

Composite reconstructions (filling) allow us to replace lost dental tissue with either a cavity or a fracture, achieving the correct aesthetics and function of the tooth. It is a very common and simple procedure.

INLAYS – ONLAYS – OVERLAYS CAD/CAM

Dental inlays are an excellent restorative alternative, indicated when a dental piece presents irreversible damage to its anatomy as a result of a fracture, a cavity or a wear, without removing healthy dental tissue. It is a minimally invasive treatment and a much more conservative option than a dental crown.

They can be made of composite or ceramic and, depending on the degree of extension, they can be: inlay, onlay or overlay. They give us great strength and aesthetics, as well as prevent fractures when the loss of structure is extensive.

The workflow is 100% digital, starts by taking measurements of the patient’s mouth with our intraoral scanner, and continues with the design of the embedding through software that sends the file to the milling center and performs the embedding . This innovative system is known worldwide as CAD / CAM.

PORCELAIN CROWNS

Crowns completely cover the surface of the teeth. They are indicated in very deteriorated dental pieces. They offer excellent aesthetic results and provide strength and durability to the affected tooth.

The workflow is 100% digital, starts by taking measurements of the patient’s mouth with our intraoral scanner, and continues with the design of the crown through software that sends the file to the milling center and makes the crown . This innovative system is known worldwide as CAD / CAM.
